For those who haven't heard of the music industry's latest 'soul' prodigy, Kwabs, a 25 year old singer from London, is one of my favourite musical artists right now! His hit single "Walk" received critical acclaim upon release in October 2014, where it charted in Germany, the UK and Switzerland amongst many other European countries.
I first discovered Kwabs in February 2015 when I found out that he was going to be the support act for Sam Smith's 'In the Lonely Hour Tour'. At the concert, his soulful/gospel voice blew the crowd away! He sang his hit single, amongst others from his EP's: "Wrong or Right", "Pray for Love" and "Walk". Every single second of his performance was amazing, and he was really involved in the entire performance, regularly closing his eyes and raising his arms to the bass of the drums and the sound of the cheering crowd.
Currently working on his debut album "Love + War" (released September 11th 2015), I'm sure he will take the music industry by storm over the coming year. Watch out for him on the UK Top 40 VERY soon!
